  • Zach Edey is gonna be really good. He’s nasty and physical. He really plays his size. A lot of bigs are gentle Giants and they don’t play up to their size but Edey is nasty. Physical, vocal, high motor. Dude is gonna be really good .

Bro is running the floor pretty well for his size

They refused to friggin pass him the ball in the low post when the game was on the line and I was losing my mind

people look at his biggest weakness (shooting) and downgraded him overall as a basketball player. He moves great for a guy his size, weight and height! If Zubac and Gilbert can do it, Edey can too. His present at the post, getting rebounds, blocking shots and forcing players to change direction will be crucial for Memphis next season etc. I wouldn't be surprised if 15pt, 15 rebounds etc will be his stats.

They had Kessler and filipowski on him and he still got the tip in. MAN gonna be a BEAST

Whether he’s a starter or a role player, if he’s efficient in the paint when he gets his looks, he sets good screens, runs the floor for easy looks, and protects the rim. That’s all u need from a big like edey. Take advantage of your looks, and do ur job. If he does that, he’ll always have a job

He will end up a rookie of the year

Edey has shown so much growth, if he continues that, the sky is the limit. And this is coming from an Indiana University fan.
  • @Neutralomen
Thought he may have that slow footed problem like jonas valanciunas, but this guys mobility for his size is on another level
