For lower back pain, buy a pair of 10 or 15 kilogram dumbbells, whatever weight suits you best. Stand on the floor, lift dumbbells with straight arms and do squats with raised dumbbells with straight arms, and again as many times as you can. Do this every day, preferably in the afternoon. You will forget about lower back pain.
