Toon Link looks in some ways better than in Ultimate. Seems like a more effective zoner with being able to throw out projectiles more often and the z-air is instantly at full range. Up Smash is stronger too.. But z-air has no hitstun while you can run up and down tilt or something in Ultimate after landing z-air. It also seems like grab must be worse because it seemed like there was a good chance to use a grab and it was not taken.
