2013 Porsche Boxster S 1:29.453 at Harris Hill Raceway (H2R)

Spent 3hr last week to completely flush the brake lines with fresh Castrol SRF brake fluid, and the brake pedal immediately feels more consistent throughout the session! Surprisingly, the pedal would still sink considerably as heat builds up in the brake system, and would require more driver effort on the pedal to obtain desired torque.

This time the audio was captured right in the cabin with my GoPro's built-in microphone. In the last video, I put the external mic near the rear license plate area, the induction noise was WILD and makes the video a little too intensive to listen to. I will explore other external mic locations to get an optimal balance of induction / exhaust / tire noise in the future!

Dyanmics-wise, I noticed the car will push a little bit during corner-exit. I think the car definitely needs a track alignment done to reduce that. Stay tuned on this! During corner-entry / mid-corner, the car would rotate beautifully under throttle & brake pedal release. The amazing thing about the rotation of this car is it happens gradually and naturally, giving the driver plenty of reaction time to respond to the car's feedback. I guess that's one of the biggest benefits of the mid-engine layout.

There's so much more to explore in this car!!
