As a long time JRE listener i can attest that joe has been speaking highly of katt going back at least 10 years Edit: just for context although has praised katt a few times on his podcast. Katt is not very requested by fans. Joe's biggest requests for comedians that hadn't been on the show were Chappelle and Loui CK. And he went a long time without having them on. He started the podcast in 2010 (i believe) and he didnt have them on until around 2018 or 19. (Please dont quote me on exact dates) And Joe's #1 biggest request is his nemesis Carlos Mencia, A.K.A Carlos Menstilia, A.K.A. Ned Holness, A.K.A. THE DESTROYER! (Self titled name) ...Who has never been on the show and will never be on the show according to joe.

I watched Mark Curry on TV growing up but never knew he was as good on stage until I saw some of his stuff on def comedy jam and YouTube clips. DC Curry is another underrated comic that immediately comes to mind
