STATEMENT SOON TO BE RELEASED BY THE POLICE: "We have investigated ourselves in this matter, and find no wrongdoing".

Its difficult to get justice when all the criminals have qualified immunity.

This was Okaloosa County, the same one who fired 32+ rounds after an acorn fell on a car. Perhaps some training is in order.

In the bodycam the lady gave the officer the apt number and the officer went to that apartment. It was definitely the wrong apartment but the officer did go to the apartment that was told to him.

This was right after the acorn shooting wasn't it?
  • it’s a terrible tragedy, and there must be consequences for it, but in no way am I going to believe this is a race issue. Why did they list the employee in the office talking to the officer as a “white man” in the captions? He was just an employee doing his job there and the color of his skin was completely irrelevant. It demonstrates intentional bias to try and make this into a race issue. The officer is 100% in the wrong for his unprofessional actions and must go before a jury.
  • This was murder. The young man was given no opportunity to do anything before being gunned down in cold blood. Just the typical “stop resisting” type treatment. “Drop your gun” after he’s already been gunned down?! WTF?!? This must be nationwide cop training here because this is what we see all the time!
