The court issued a preliminary injunction because there was not enough evidence and time to investigate, so they want this matter resolved in the main lawsuit. MHJ’s police investigation hasn’t even started; however, her live conference has damaged not just other groups’ images but also NewJeans’ image, inciting people to protest against her and NewJeans. Her breach of Adore’s trust is only a matter of time. Fans are fighting and hurting each other. MHJ and NewJeans fans are attacking Illit with unbearable comments, demanding the cancellation of the lawsuit against MHJ. MHJ planned to attack Hybe before Illit debuted, but she was using Illit as one of the reasons for her coup d’état plan. The whole point of this incident is that MHJ is creating too much distress for all groups, including NewJeans, to cover up her investigation. I didn’t know who MHJ was before, and I don’t want to know about her, but she is everywhere in the news and on YouTube, spreading negativity. She is not a good influence on NewJeans and K-Pop.

She is vicious and this whole thing is bigger than most people think because she had macol consulting help her with her press conference and they appear to be somehow linked to Tencent who own a little over 17% of netmarble who in turn is the second biggest shareholder within HYBE. There is this really great Korean reporter who reports on this whole issue on K-pop shock. It is said that Tencent wants HYBE and that it has been adamant in doing so one way or another. Read this as you wish but it seems that MHJ is in cahoots with the Chinese because of the big time money this would mean for her future plans and endeavours. It is also said that this latest mess between her and HYBE has provided some other competitive companies with a golden opportunity to bring down HYBE so I will leave it at that. Also it is no secret that in her ‘freedom plan’ she was determined to use some contacts in the media to proceed with her smear campaign so add the toxic trolls she empowered through her narcissistic manipulation in her press conference - we have a colossal bombardment of accusations, manipulation of words, falsehoods, defamation, supposed scandals and controversies and misinterpretations. The belift lab announcement has been deliberately mistranslated and misconstrued. Over 100 k troll comments and dislikes were garnered in less than 5 minutes into it being released. Korean Americans that know the language and are level headed in their analysis confirm that the announcement was professionally presented and detailed but unsurprisingly the company got trashed! Now what I personally believe is the company as a whole need to tighten the reins a bit because they are all proving a little amateurish in their responses in that in this instance Belift should have actually provided English subtitles when they released their announcement! They didn’t so now there are twitter or X accounts and other platforms incorrectly reporting what was said. They are actually spreading downright falsehoods‼️ I recommend that people with some level headed way of thinking refer to channels Asian Entertainment and culture as well as SEOULITETV. K-POP SHOCK IS ALSO A GOOD ONE. This is going to be a lengthy battle but I hope that with time HYBE, SOURCE MUSIC and BELIFT are able to expose and sue all the main players in this whole takedown effort‼️‼️‼️

MHJ panicked after HYBE started an audit on ADORE, and she started a media war against HYBE. MHJ started the scandal, acting as a poor woman, terrified by her evil men bosses, because she made her job. MHJ wanted to win people emphathy and to make HYBE to be "stoned" by the media and Korean people. Unfortunately, MHJ didn't get what she wanted, people didn't support her and didn't turn on HYBE. At the second press conference, MHJ changed her look, because she targeted different people, her hysterical image didn't penetrate the public opinion as she wanted, so changed her behavior. She acted like a normal, average worker women, who wants to live a peaceful life, and to enjoy her work. The part with I won the battle with HYBE, and the court showed that I'm innocent, that was part two of MHJ people manipulation. MHJ and her lawyers edited and took out of context parts of the judge decision and presented as her major victory. They didn't say that, what the judge said about MHJ trying to get the right to terminate NJ contracts, MHJ trying to increase the put opinion value, the fact that even she didn't get to make a breach of trust movement, MHJ planed against HYBE, and betrayed HYBE. All that facts, can be turned in poison for MHJ, because can be used by HYBE in the criminal trail as an evidence since a judicial court stated in the decision.

100% agree with you, some Bunnies need to know Min Hee Jin and New Jeans are two different entities, they are not one unit. New Jeans separated from Min Hee Jin will still do fine. If Bunnies think New Jeans will fail without Min Hee Jin, then they are discrediting the girl's own hard work.

I totally agree with you. She just gives off an eerie feeling that just ain't right in my book. Narcissistic is the nicest word I can use at this point. I wonder if she understands that without the backing of Hybe and promoting NJ as a 'sister group' to BTS that level of success NJ now has would not exist.....let's be real. It is literally biting the hand that made you. Anybody that feels the need to destroy and belittle others to get ahead is not worthy of recognition. Even the babies she claims to be a mother to. NJis an asset of Hybe and I get they are girls but Hybe is multi million dollar corporation and there is no time babies in business . Even if one gives MHJ the benefit of the doubt and think that she did not plot, conspire or plan to ruin HYBE and other idol groups' reputation and Ador's asset values, it has still been shown that she has had malice, disdain and greed in her thoughts, motivating her actions and correspondence related to NJ members, other idol groups and HYBE. Misinformation. Hybe does NOT have to pay all her legal bills. Generally, the costs of litigation include filing fees (courts require you to pay a fee to file a lawsuit. It’s usually quite modest between $25 USD to $250 USD), service of process fees (this can be around $100. in this case, MHJ will be responsible for 99.5% of her attorneys fees and Hybe will be responsible for 0.5%.

I wonder if the contracts at Kakao is iron clad for their subsidiaries? They have more than hybe or about the same. Just not all in one building like hybe.

I haven't been paying any attention to this Min HeeJin stuff, I don't really care for her manipulation or actions. Narcissism is all I see.

I have never trusted and I know that some people will support her because they have unresolved issues with Hybe, however, I do believe she shouldn't be anywhere near any of the employees of Hybe and most importantly, anywhere near any member of BTS. I know I can't stop them from doing what they want, however, I am very sure if anyone said anything about shamans towards me, my parents, siblings, friends, grandparents would tell me never to associate with them at all. So I will leave that job to their parents and maybe their partners to tell them. I am sure Bang doesn't have to highlight that out for them. They have seen it by themselves. If Bang ever forgives her, I still feel that he would be very cautious about who she associates with. And for BTS members, if she talked about us like that, that would be an explicit no go to her at anyone time. I would do whatever it takes to avoid her - whatever it is that was both black and white magic she was doing right there.

Every keystoke is recoverable to those who know how. And if something "happens" to the laptop~ she knows it will prove her guilt and everyone will know. SO TURN IN THE LAPTOP. She has no reason not too. Personal privacy on a work laptop is a ridiculous claim, especially since her laundry has been aired in 2 public news conferences SHE maneuvered.😂

HYBE's and BELIFE LAB's credibility keeps getting worse and worse. Their video claiming that NewJeans "Ditto" plagiarized NMIXX's "Love Me Like This" choreography, despite the fact that "Ditto" came out months earlier than "Love Me Like This", was quite a snafu. And BELIFT LAB also got caught Photoshop altering pictures in order to make it look like that NewJeans photo shoots copied groups like GFriend and TripleS only made it more apparent that BELIFT LABS and HYBE are willing to fabricate "evidence" in their war with MHJ/ADOR. I really did not know whose side to be on, either HYBE and BELIFT or with MHJ and ADOR. Up until recently, for me, it was a "he said, she said" sort of situation and I was waiting to see what sort of evidence would be released. But dirty tactics like Photoshopping evidence is really making me doubt HYBE/BELIFT's credibility now.

When will this issue end? B. LIFT should stop. It's affecting its girl group.
