working in 2022 CC. i do not see "color effect" tab in "properties" i am having to right-click on the layer in the timeline to change opacity. that gives me a "Properties..." option. version change or am i missing something?

Hi, my ball can change shape but manually with numbers on position side. And it can not rotate it with me holding ctrl it just doesn't select like yours select on your video time 19:58. Do you know what am i doing wrong

after frame 10, i would continue to draw the circles but the frames are not separating individually? How do i fix that?
