Fantastic knowledge giver! Thank you for this priceless information Hopefully I drink enough during the day….carbonated water with a quarter of a lemon and a capful of organic apple cider vinegar (about 2.5 litres a day), herbal teas (nettle, ginger, camomile, etc etc). I don’t drink coffee or tea. The salt I consume is Celtic sea salt (Sel de Guérande)

You surely mean as title of the video 'Deadly Dehydration'...? Thanx for this valuable content ❤ greetings from Germany ❤
  • Grateful for all the wisdom shared. How can a person with a stomach feeding tube be hydrated with this Celtic salt? Thank you again for the precious time you put into all this content. Blessed 💝

And yet every doctor that's ever written about it says that coffee is composed of 99.9% water and therefore does hydrate you. Perhaps not as much as an equivalent cup of water because coffee is a diuretic, but you are still taking in water anyway.

"For every 50 pounds of body weight, aim for 1 litre of water daily". I'm not a professional math doctor, but wouldn't that make 200 pounds equal 4 litres?
  • @gonehome2
What is your opinion on Bamboo Salt?
  • @stevek4546
I personally prefer Himalayan salt. It contains 82 minerals. Which salt is better?
  • @27kjh
If someone’s 200lbs would that not be 4 quarts of water a day?
  • @mariahiles
Can you just add the salt to the water? That's what I usually do when I hike.
  • @kernowarty
But my doctor said I could include cups of tea in my daily water intake because it is mainly water. Is that not ok then?
