  • Why should we use double strength medium for microbroth dilution test? Should we use double strength concentrations for the antimicrobials (controls) and the tested products too?
  • Sometimes for certain antibiotics instead of complet growth of bacteria in the well, there is pin point growth. Should it be considered as resistant or ignore it?
