RoboCop: Rogue City Official Gameplay Overview Trailer

I'd buy that for a dollar!

35 years old, and the design, world, and premise, all still hold up

I was gonna complain about the lack of recoil and generally stiff movement but then I remembered you're playing Robocop. Looks great. I hope the atmosphere and story is as good as Terminator Resistance

I like how the in game looks like its an 80s movie doing the future

This looks like some old school fps fun. And with robocop? I’m allllll the way in for this one, please let it turn out to be good, even if campy.

Looks fun, love the futuristic 80s vibe of the city. Neon colors, over the top punk criminals & violence, retro future interface for robocops hud, the bass of his footsteps. Kudos. Jus wish there was an option for 3rd person? Robos iconic design & body movements are important part of Murphy's style in action I'd love to see that in game. Even if it was exclusive to a horde mode or something, waves of spider punks with power ups being jetpack & hand minigun attachment?

Game looks cool. Someone should make a movie of it.

Robocop in an FPS game, with this level of brutality... yes please!!

The main issue I have is, the coolest looking character is hidden behind the camera. 3rd person option would be cool, but I get why the went down this route.

They really need to add the proper auto 9 firing sound and stomping sound effects when you’re walking.

Mannnnn robocop was my childhood. Can’t tell you how much dear those huge mechs struck in me. I’ll def get this game for nostalgia

They've 100% pulled ideas from the Terminator infiltrator mode. This allowed you played as an infiltrator T-800 going from random objectives ranking up points until you found you're target. from the slow motion kicking down doors to the picking enemies up those aspects are pulled from this mode. And naturally tanking shots and walking much slower as well no doubt a developer was like "Hey this would make for a great Robocop game" and thus this game was born. Game mode was really fun for the first time acting as a rogue like experience but got a little repetitive after a while as you were doing is going from place to place killing dudes. I'm excited to see the gameplay used in a story mode in different landscapes to using all kinds of weapons along with the whole dialogue aspect making choices and looking for clues.

I just hope this turns out to be true fan service just like terminator resistance!

One thing that I immediately noticed is that the muzzle fire from the Auto 9 is not the same from the movies. Not only is the sound is a bit off but the smoke doesn't exhaust from the sides of the barrel. Hope they fix that.

imagine making a trailer for a new robocop game and not including the amazing original theme....

I like Peter Weller's voice work here, its sounds different do to age, but still sound great, it sound more casual and leisurely, yet very confidant. Which makes Robocop more badass and unstoppable.

Every main character in game is Robocop nowadays, scan the surroundings, see through walls and so on, even when you play in medieval times. But, in this game, it finally makes some sense.

I hope they reconsider this in 3rd person view, this is the coolest robot ever, we want to see it move and interact with things. So much potential here…

Man i hope they add a more robotic sound to his voice and the gun sound gets switched to how it sounds in the movie. Other than that zero complaints so far, need some info on what the story will be about. For sure it looks wayyyy better than that one robocop game on the xbox from years ago lol
