The reason why you have bunny ears is because usually you spawn as a human, but there is a small chance to become a different race from one piece like mink, which is the one you got. It gives extra speed and when you get it to V3 you get an ability which makes you run super fast

You got bunny ears because you can get 4 races which is- Human, Rabbit, shark or Angel. Human give you good strength, Rabbit give you good speed, shark gives you water resistance and angel gives you higher jumping power

Make a series out of blox fruits until you make it to third sea❤ Edit: He already has dough awk he can probably complete the game. When i mean by complete i mean make it to max level but if he wants to quit it's his choice because nobody is forcing him to play right?.
