These judicial nominees will serve a lifetime. It is imperative that they understand and support the Constitution and all of its premises, including individual freedom and liberty over government and the political/economic theories that are fundamental to its creation and continuation. Of course, it is doubtful the sitting Senators fully endorse and support the Constitution as written.
