I love when its time to harvest... here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 I used to cook purple yam as dessert... boil it, removed the skin n mashed it put 2 cana sweetened milk, and mixed until it thickend n you pit butter on the container it last long n tastes good!🙋🏻♀️😷🇵🇭❤️
