  • As a very young single 20 something female, back in the early 90's I bought something exactly like this for my first home! It was not as beautiful as yours (I had no skirting or porch) my my trailer was completely paid for and I loved it! I was my first step into adulthood! I think what I am trying to say please never stop what you are doing with your restoration projects! There are many young responsible adults that would love to have a place like this! ❤❤❤❤❤

I hope the people that get this home appreciate all the work you’ve done😊

Incredible renovation. Basically built a new house. Nicer than most "new" mobile homes. Congrats.

I went to stay with a friend in Canada about 8 years ago, and I stayed with a friend who lived in a mobile home in a park. I noticed that people up there do not let mobile homes get trashed. There was several people renovating some of them. They were also very beautifully maintained. I have never seen anything like that before.
  • This renovated home is better than new . It doesn't have the "fancy" look but the junk quality of the new factory homes that cost a fortune. I like that the floors are the same throughout it looks so clean and crisp. This is the way they should be built plain and simple.

oh, I cannot believe this is the same home, the first time I saw it when you first had it shown it looked like a giant tuna can and I thought to myself there’s no way he’s going to make this look decent. Boy was I wrong? This looks like it was brand new just manufactured. It’s a spectacular showcase! By the way, your wife is a doll. She looks beautiful and has such a sweet personality. I am older and I can tell you a good spouse is a blessing like none other.

This showed up on my feed today. Your remodel looks stunning.
  • You guys did an excellent restoration! I’m considering doing a property like this.

Great job! I'm redoing a 1972 model. It's been a long slog but we're in the process of redoing the kitchen and bathroom then all the flooring. Drywall is all done now. Man, what a difference!
  • @rebepage
Wow! You did an excellent job. Anyone would be blessed to live in this. 👍👏👏👏

I was looking for a Tiny Home when I came on to this video. This is so my style!! I love clean nice smaller homes and this would be perfect for me due to being on Social Security. Very affordable living and the home looks brand new!
  • @Momastray
Very impressive! I wish I could find something like that to buy at a reasonable price. After your renovation, not before lol. Beautiful house. Y’all did a bang up job!!!!

Brother, I noticed the gap between the trim and the wall. You have white baseboards so can take white caulking and fill all the cracks, then wipe down the seams immediately with a damp rag or sponge to get any caulk off the walls. This will also work around the plug and switch plates. Also make the screws on the plate all face the same directions. Someone told me this years ago and I did it on a home I remodeled. Before I put the caulk in the gaps, people were telling me it looked nice, but after caulking they told me it looked so much better and several people said it looked cleaner. All said they never seen the gaps the first time they looked. They did but couldn’t identify what was changed and different before and after. Today they make caulk in stainless steel color, so my up coming remodel will not have gaps between the stainless steel parts like towel holders and door handles. I also took baby food jars and kept touch up paint. I would touch up every imperfections and ding caused by moving in, every time I cleaned. It was the most beautiful home I had ever seen at the time. Just so you know, yours is one of the best remodels I have ever seen. The video inspires me to make a YouTube video of my remodel. I have some videos, and lots of photos before and what I have done so far, but things seem so much more expensive today, so it’s not going fast. I buy new stuff from thrift stores and have been doing so for years. My double wide was probably a fentanyl house and I bought it from the owner for back taxes and a truck and travel trailer. She almost lost it for back taxes and I bought it days before the auction. Thanks for the video.
  • Luke!! You guys did an amazing job on it. What a difference from when I saw it with no walls holes in the floor, old windows, just a latter to get inside!. It's beautiful!!! ❤❤
  • That is very nice. You did a great job. My Mom bought her first rental when I was 18 months old, and now I am 69 years old. I've renovated apartments and houses with her over the years, and this video brought back memories. I started finding good buys on remodeling materials at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, their thrift store, and have gotten good buys on new and used items for remodel projects. They often have the merchandise shown online at their website.
  • Great job. The tile floors and tile shower are beautiful. I hope your renters appreciate it and take care of it. Good luck.
