“Everyone is quick to forget [the Plaguelands]” NO BYF… some of us never stop thinking about the Plaguelands…
-
Randal the vandal, that's what is so valuable in the cosmodrome.
-
Elsie is obviously referring to Master Chief who’s still in crypsleep in one of the pods
-
“Allowance of Foresight” would make a good weapon name
-
Imagine… Siva infested Black Armory weapons
-
It's the Khvostov, obviously.
-
It's weird how there are Pyramid ships in Midtown but from the Tower POV it seems like we are none the wiser.

Byf: glazes the Redjacks for 4 straight minutes Drifter: "It takes a 100 of Shaxx's Redjacks to take down a single Hive Knight. Why does he even bother building them?"

I really hope Elsie Bray plays a big part in the Final Shape. The whole journey started with her there, it should end with her there as well.

Great to see Ada having a chance to shine! She's had lots of minor support roles since her season, but now she finally gets to show her skill as, first and foremost, a weapons designer and entrepreneur
-
I hope this explains the “husband” title that Shaxx has. That caught me so off guard when I saw him in the Hall!
-
Weapons “banned by the vanguard” as it shows Hung Jury on screen

I'd bet a godroll Ada is indeed referencing Siva, but not towards a future story line, but just the return of the Zero Hour Mission. Given we are going to her for the mission quest, its likely this will tie into how that is returning in lore like how Eris crafted the Whisper Of the Worm for us from a memory (as hand wavy as that is). That said, its not impossible this is referencing a new story line in the future. I know Bungie said they were done with Siva, but it wouldn't be the first time they went back on their word (like Cayde staying dead). Given Wrath of the Machine is the last D1 Raid that hasn't been brought into D2, Is very possible they create an episode based on Siva so they can use those assets to re-create that raid. Its a long shot though, so I'm not crossing my fingers at all.

love the out of pocket TSLAYP reference, "The cursed enemy"

My first thought when the mention of enemies that could get ahold of SIVA was actually Clovis Bray. He's still sitting quiet in Europa. If he could get ahold of SIVA, he might not even need any of the current Warmind data or framework to become one of the most formidable opponents we've ever seen, especially since SIVA was originally a Clovis Bray technology.

I just want to express my appreciation for the editing surrounding Ada interrupting Shaxx in the Blast Furance lore tab. Very nicely done
-
i love how Byf talks about all this like he's a character in-game describing history, I love it so much, I feel like I've been called to action, thanks for these videos man

Revisiting The Plague lands, Wraith of the Machines and SIVA......oh boy!!!!!

3:40 hey Byf, I wanted to let you know that there is one of the brave weapon lore tabs that's from the pov of 2 kids trying to get close to a live Crucible match, so while we do go into map simulations, there's still maps that we physically go into. So the redjacks are still being used for map clearing, I assume for the easier to maintain territories

6:44 Sidebar: I noticed how many of the threats Elsie cites in this lore tab are ones that have already been mitigated, or even obviated. The Bombardment never occurred, that was the finale of Seraph. Hive sappers are in no position to undermine Perimeter South because Xivu's distracted, Savathun's waiting for us to get a stable path through the portal (for her to capitalize on like the clever minx she is), and Oryx is, of course, long dead. Botza now has a bunch of Eliksni in it, who would not long abide a rusty, unmaintained gate to the outside. ("They might not have the resources-" Did you see how quickly that bunting went up?) There is still the possibility that Anchor could get flattened by a Pyramid ship (it's already happened to Midtown, for example) but I suspect things have changed too much for that to occur.
