I work once a month on a billionaire's ranch in Southwest Colorado. Doing pest control. It's pretty wild. Like 30 buildings, 10 houses, cabins, a main house that's 15,000sq ft., 3000 acres in the mountains. Hardly any of it gets used though. I mean, it's all well maintained by a huge staff, but he has this massive house and spends like 1 weekend a year there. I've been through every inch of all of the houses though. Kinda cool being in a billionaires closet😂 The ranch is called Boot Jack Ranch. It was originally owned/built by a Microsoft founder and sold in 2010 to an oil guy named Kelcy Warren. Paid $46 million in 2010, now worth over $90 million. And this is just one of many ranches he owns.
