Today, I learned that English and Irish breakfasts are very similar.
-
You know what would have been nice? A break down of what each breakfast contains.. Just say'in.
-
Is anyone else screaming "Its the same frickin thing!"?
-
Probably should use the English flag seeing as it’s not a competition against Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
-
Lmao. "You can hear Sinead O'Connor screaming" I'm dying. 😂

Interesting fact; I'm a quebecoise. Means I'm from the Province of Quebec in Canada. We speak french, are catholics, etc etc. But we don't eat french breakfast. We always kept the english type of breakfast. You know, saucages eggs tomatoes potatoes etc. The salty breakfast. French breakfast is more like croissants or white bread with anything suggary. Chocolat or jam. I'm so happy we are not doing that. Well...now people are doing it more. It became more popular. Another thing my mother was pointing out during a conversation we had about how we are a mixted culture between frenchs and english, that coffee is something fairly new to our culture. She said that as a young girl in the fifties or sixties, they were drinking tea at home. Everybody did. I know my ancestors did too. Coffee became a thing in the 70ties I guess.

I always thought a Full Irish breakfast and a Full English breakfast were essentially the same thing except the English adds baked beans and mushrooms. I guess I was wrong about that. I was hoping to find out exactly what the differences might be but I'm still waiting to find out. Cute video but really lacking on the specifics.
-
Wtf was the key difference? Hash browns?
-
"If this is an Irish breakfast, it's a Protestant Irish" hands down the greatest comment on a facts video!
-
"they have to be irish beans..." "Isn't it like Heinz across the board though" As a Yinzer I can say with confidence Heinz is not an irish company.
-
The irish breakfast is divine. During my (too short) stay in Dublin, I’ve had it twice - at the start and in the end - and I nearly found myself in tears. Too good and because I love Ireland and I miss that country terribly, too emotional as well.
-
No soda bread or potato bread oh wait that’s an Ulster fry
-
Considering these breakfasts were assembled by the same folks who think mushroom soup is a Texas tradition, I’m not a bit surprised that so many guessed wrong.
-
Never had a Irish breakfast. Looks awesome!
-
Am I the only one who noticed that that Irish flag looks more like the Italian one?
-
Irish Jesus is an icon.
-
now this is what those Hobbitses means about second breakfesst!
-
This will do more to Damage Anglo Irish relations then this weeks Brexit negotiations .
-
