As a Ravens fan, I still find it hilarious how a checkdown on 4th & 29 ended up being one of the biggest/most important plays in franchise history

Chargers defense had arguably the worst blown coverage in the secondary while trying to deny Ray Rice from converting on 4th & 29!

Fun fact about the first one: Jeff Janis also caught the subsequent Hail Mary. Because of a 5 yard illegal formation penalty in between plays, Janis had 101 receiving yards on a single drive. You know, on a 100 yard field.

Nah if my team gave up a first down on 4th and 29 just on a checkdown and they went on to lose the game, I'd have to take a week off from watching them.

That's the first time I've ever heard the Cardinals broadcast on the Nate Poole catch. It's always been Paul Allen's anguished screaming that I've heard.

Ravens don’t make the playoffs without that 4th and 29 which means they wouldn’t have won that seasons Super Bowl. Crazy how stuff like that happens
