As a Ravens fan, I still find it hilarious how a checkdown on 4th & 29 ended up being one of the biggest/most important plays in franchise history
  • Chargers defense had arguably the worst blown coverage in the secondary while trying to deny Ray Rice from converting on 4th & 29!

Fun fact about the first one: Jeff Janis also caught the subsequent Hail Mary. Because of a 5 yard illegal formation penalty in between plays, Janis had 101 receiving yards on a single drive. You know, on a 100 yard field.

5:56 Such enthusiasm in that play-by-play there. I think somebody just wanted to go home at that point.

That game punt by Washington was insane he got so much distance in that throw and it was a beautiful spiral
  • 3:19 My dad and I were at this game! Ended up being a wild final drive with that conversion, and also a circus Chris Hogan catch down at the goal line. Sammy Watkins caught the game winner in the dying seconds!
  • Nah if my team gave up a first down on 4th and 29 just on a checkdown and they went on to lose the game, I'd have to take a week off from watching them.

Eagles 4th and 26 vs the packers will always be my favorite.

Gus Frerotte throwing a 65-yard bullet flat-footed is unreal 10:25
  • The play at 8:27 led to the Vikings not winning a division title, giving it to the Packers. This led to the play at 10:00 two weeks later, when the Eagles converted a 4th and 26, setting up a game tying field goal at the end of regulation, winning it in OT.
  • That's the first time I've ever heard the Cardinals broadcast on the Nate Poole catch. It's always been Paul Allen's anguished screaming that I've heard.
  • @dracojoule
For a historically bad franchise, the Cardinals have truly been a part of some amazing games

As a kid, when McNabb converted 4th and forever against green bay, it broke my heart. Little did I know that was only the beginning lol

Great idea for a video. Thanks for uploading. With the offseason looming, I'll be depending on your work to once again get me through the drought :)

Ravens don’t make the playoffs without that 4th and 29 which means they wouldn’t have won that seasons Super Bowl. Crazy how stuff like that happens
