Interesting to see them rearrange the colours a bit to salute the locals, obviously they always do red, white and blue, but not in that configuration.

Only time I have seen them do an American flag.

I like it when the camera is panned at the end and you can see the Stars and Stripes flying on the beach hut, mirroring what is in the sky...very nice!

I am English and can take the formation of the american flag back further from 1776 to 1619 in Britain if anyone is interested.
