I would not put anything past this court. Justice delayed is justice denied.
  • Ruling because of "documents and destruction" is ludicrous. The attack was to STOP AN OFFICIAL PROCEEDING.
  • If Trump has immunity. I have zero issue with Biden ordering seal team six to make America great again. The problem fixes itself

The first 3 words of our Constitution are "We the People." The words of project 2025 are, "We the top 2%" Protect our Constitution at all costs. 🇺🇸 Semper Fi..
  • If anyone who is still in a Coma about the Injustice System and select Prosecution of this whicked system. These so called Judges who are actually Politicians in a different building have been giving out slaps on the wrist to these Traitors 🖕🏾
  • Where is the logic in requiring a president to swear an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, and then grant him absolute immunity to do whatever he wants.
  • When a dictator tells that he is a dictator, believe him. Specially if his best friends are dictators.

The Roberts Court knows that presidential immunity is settled law -- The Nixon Rule: United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974), is considered a crucial precedent limiting the power of any U.S. president to claim executive privilege. In the case of United States v. Nixon, the Supreme Court ruled that executive privilege did exist, but pertained to matters of national security. Executive privilege does not apply to criminal matters.
  • It means these Supreme Court Judges are best money 💰🤑 can buy!
  • Can't the judge say: "the case has been delayed for way more than 90 days, therefore you had more than enough time to prepare. The Trial starts in 14 days!" ?

Just watched a video where Trump says he will do the same the next time and even worse.

Quoting from a news report: "Donald Trump's private jet sat overnight next to a diplomatic aircraft for the Russian government at Washington Dulles International Airport." Gee, I wonder why it did so...

How do they make this ruling? The Bulwark has reported Judge Alito has been missing from work all week. Vladimir Pootman was at chumps Virginia rally. Arrived in NYC after flying around airspace of Canada and all of Europe. Allowed to not just land, but refuel. People at war and we refueled their leaders plane? Then they go to Virginia stay on tarmac beside chump. Bluetooth range all document passing day. Before returning to Russia

obstruction via "alteration of documents" is still included in the crime, so tfg is still incriminated.

If lead is released/discharged into the air, the SCOTUS isn't concerned about it being there? That sounds like something some of us can live with.
  • Fine I say throw every charge they can think of to charge Trump with. Show these traitors what over charging is and let them figure out how to sale our country out for Trump
  • @BionicDance
Nobody is considering that, expected or not, SCOTUS may not rule at all.
