I am sure beyond a doubt that there was no better time to grow up than the 70's!
  • I grew up in the 60s and 70s. What a glorious time to be a child. I feel sorry for children these days. They have no idea what it means to be a carefree child.

How can these videos make me feel so old and yet. So happy?

Cartoons and toys were good in the 60s and 70s. What a great time to be a kid.
  • One toy that you didn’t mention was View Master. I had the hand held viewer and the projector with quite a selection of reels. I’m 63 years old and still have them both. Although the bulb is burnt in the projector and haven’t had any luck finding a replacement. I used to spend many hours watching them when I was a youngster.

Born in 1974. So grateful to grow up in the world that I did.
  • The seventies and eighties were the best decades!!! The good old days. Thank you my friend 😊 I loved my Weeble Wobbles!!! And my spirograph!!! We didn't need all the technology and people weren't butt hurt about everything. We still said the Pledge of Allegiance and we sat down as families for dinner. We turned out just fine riding our bikes without helmets. We lived in a great decade. Oh! I also loved playing Pay Day!! 😊
  • I was born in 1970 and I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY MISS THOSE DAYS. I realize & UNDERSTAND things change but I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS CHANGE AT ALL! I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY MISS THOSE DAYS. Thank You and God Bless
  • I grew up in the 70s it was a magic time I’ll never forget it. A different world for sure from what it is today.
  • I was born in ‘76 and had a lot of these toys in the early 80’s. I miss those toys! They were so well made they lasted for years.

I remember getting a Lite Brite for Christmas, and loved every minute of it ! Super Spirograph was both fun and aggravating when you accidentally slipped off the gears ⚙️ when you nearly finished.

Born in '71 and remember those toys. Man! What a great time to be a kid. Kids now have no clue what it was like to be carefree in the world before cesspool social media.
  • I'm so grateful I grew up in the 70s. Awesome time to be a kid. Thanks for the memories....

I had a lot of those toys as a 70's kid. The Evel Knievel stunt cycle was by far my favorite. Big wheels were another 70's classic.
  • Thanks for posting and making Saturday mornings great again. It's like anticipating Saturday morning cartoons as a kid all over again. 💯👍🤗🌞

Spirograph and Lite-Brite!!! Yes! I spent hours and hours creating “art” with these! Born in ‘62, these were all so reminiscent of my childhood! 💗
