Gohan in Dragon Ball Super in a nutshell

I couldn’t bare to see Gohan fight in DBS knowing that he’ll lose. Basically, characters like him, Piccolo, Krillin, Yamaha, Tien, and Chioutzu are basically weak compared to Goku (Who unfortunately always gets all the glory).
Also, Dragon Ball Super IMO is where the series started to lose its luster. The original Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z often focus a lot on actual martial arts training (Even the latter too, even if it also focuses on power ups and ki blasts), while in Super, they constantly spam punches during fights, and it looks horrible and could be a lot more likely to cause seizures than the older shows. Also, alongside the other Z fighters being powerless compared to Goku and Vegeta, them and other beloved characters like Bulma hardly get enough screen time. It makes you feel even more bad than usual for her old voice actress, Hiromi Tsuru (who tragically passed away in 2017), doesn’t it?
