Yes health is wealth and I intend to spread this message around the world.
We pull up to the gas station and we select the best fuel for our vehicles. So how about us? We go to the mechanic to service our vehicle and we ask for the best grade of oil. So how about our body? Yet we tend to eat all sorts of manmade/processed foods which puts our body/engine under so much pressure resulting in all sorts of illnesses. Come on my people we got to love ourselves. How can we be around for long to enjoy our family and our material possessions without taking care of our selves. Let’s start from this minute to really love and care for ourselves.
