About R. B.L.

Great explanation of the process Richpin,
I needed to get to the top (cam) and bottom (crank) oil seals for replacement, your posting made the process stress-free.
The only item I would add for those changing the Crank oil seal - How to remove the Crank timing belt cog. I found this was done using a flat style pulling plate and three 6mmx1.0 pitch bolts about 50mm (2 inch) length. I had some grade-five bolts to work with and was worried one might break getting the cog off the shaft but all worked out for me. (small turn on each bolt working around the perimeter slowly until the cog moved)
Great posting.
