My journey from bad health to a healthy lifestyle and no tracyoscopy tube coming out of my throat and livein with oxygen machine to sleep apnea and also travel with a oxygen tank bkpk.was over weight at 280+pnds n 1/17& almost died twice first pneumonia n March 31 last yr 106.8&was n the hospital for a week and again n June 2,17yr almost die in the ambulance with Aneumonia fever of 104.6 and heartfailer again n the hospital for a week and after that my journey begins God bless me with faith and wellpower believe in urself and love urself because only u can take care of urself.
