About Chefs Corner

Cooking lessons and ideas by a Professional Chef with over 30 years of experience!! I will also include a few reviews for restaurants that I have personally eaten at. I'm still building this channel so there will be things like insider insights and some "how to ideas" in the Food and Beverage industry. There is going to be some useful tips contained in the videos for the beginner and even for those with lots of experience! I am also going to include some ideas for people suffering from a variety of Gastric Disorders such as the ones I deal with. I hope to be up and running by July of 2025. Hopefully you will return when I'm up and running to see me in my 1st video. It should be entertaining if nothing else, as I want to keep the editing to a minimum, to show that not everything happens smoothly in a real kitchen and how to fix it "On the fly" or in non-restaurant terms "immediately".
