I've been a Firefighter with Fire & Rescue NSW (Australia) for 33 years.

On the side, I've worked as an Event Medic Contractor since 2011 under "Event Medical First Response". Majority as a First Responder but I achieved the Clinical Level of Certificate 4 Healthcare (Ambulance) or Basic Life Support Medic in 2016. since 2017 most of my Medic activities has been as a Private Motorcycle Medic on my 2002 BMW RT1150RT in the Sydney region.

I've also served in both our Australian Army Reserves (9 years) and RAAF Active Reserves (5 years), and still have a keen interest in our Defence Forces, especially our RAAF, General and Emergency Service Aviation especially around Helicopters such as ASNSW TOLL and Careflight Rescue Services.

I also enjoy the out doors, especially 4WDing and Camping. Since 2020 I have built up my 2012 Nissan GU Patrol for exploring our beautiful country side. My Patrol is setup and equipped with range of Medical Equipment to allow me to cover 4WD Events.
