About ALR Minimalist Music

Minimalist (or postmodern) music is a movement that emerged in the USA in the 60s.
Created by composers such as Terry Riley, Steve Reich and Philip Glass, it was a kind of "repetitive" music, with stripped-down, tonal and systematic harmonies.
Since then, this trend has embraced works with more complex structures, such as the spiritualist music of Arvo Pärt and Henryk Gorecki, as well as the post-classical compositions of John Adams and Louis Andriessen.

Other musical trends are related to minimalism : atmospheric, cinematic, impressionist, experimental...

On this channel, I propose my own compositions, inspired by these musical currents. I hope that this "timeless" music will transport you into imaginary worlds that generate emotion.
