Welcome! I live in a small town, in a subdivision, at the end of our road, so that’s the name of this channel. I think it’s important for everyone to know that you don’t have to have ten acres to have a homestead mindset. This mindset is just wanting to go back to basics, grow some food, and make herbal teas and remedies, raised bed gardening, chickens, rabbits, and the good things in life that bring me joy and I hope they will for you too. I didn’t really start on this journey until 2019, so I’m also learning every day! No matter where you live, you can start making your own herbs, vinegars, extracts and more. I appreciate life’s little blessings and try to find something good each day. Stay tuned for food tips and ideas such as, canning, dehydrating and freeze drying, caring for animals (chickens and rabbits), nature, gardening, etc. and most important, giving glory to the Lord, who is the Giver of all these good things.
