At 54, pre diabetic, metabolic syndrome, fatty liver and a brain cyst I decided it was time for a life change! My partner in life started keto in June 2018 and three days later she invited me to join her, I never looked back. Of course my first life change happened when I started travelling around the world at 51, tired of the political uncertainty in Canada, I wanted a positive adventure and headed out.
