Welcome to the Gaines Family Channel! My family and I reside in Waveland, MS where we have our homestead spread over a 4 acre plot. We have been primarily focused on increasing our gardening techniques. My wife and I are both part of the traditional full time employees schedule while raising our 3 children. Growing our own food has become more of a necessity in recent years and we have been planning for the future expansion of increasing productivity. Currently we have over 100 fruit trees on our property. Our objective is to have so much fruit/vegetables that we can give away to friends/family and barter for seafood. With this being said, we also continue to take vacations, enjoy concerts, and have family time at various locations.
