About Jellis Vaes

Hey! I am Jellis Vaes, a mental health coach (studying to become a clinical psychologist) and an adventurer. I’m also the CEO/founder of The IPS Project, an educational platform on life, and The Heart Warrior Project, a support platform for sudden cardiac arrest survivors.

Both platforms have been created from facing adversities in life. They have, in essence, been created with meaning and to give meaning to others.

My personal YouTube channel here was created as an outlet for me to talk about anything I feel like discussing and sharing. Mostly, this will be in the categories of psychology, meaning, entrepreneurship, and adventures.
