This channel will highlight the best of My Personal Health, Fitness, and Entertainment for my depression, PTSD, from military and the back surgery I had on October 29, 2019. I am giving you my story of my fitness and life story.

Disclaimer: All of my workout or videos are base off of me and myself to better myself with fitness after my back surgery. I recommend you talk to someone before doing my workouts. Make sure you go at your own pace, stretch, and drink water. Do not over do anything and if you want to do something, modify any workout to best fit you please do that.
