Food and Wine -- the Music and Lyrics of Life. Food (the melody) is like seeing someone for the first time. The physical attraction. Sex. But then, as you understand the food, and pair it with wine (as you get to know the person) that's the lyrics. Their story. Who they are in real life. Who they are underneath. Who they are undertheskin. It's the combination of all three that makes magic.
Great food is more than just what meets the eye. It's the passion behind the invited guests, the menu planning, selecting the ingredients, the preparation, the wine pairing - all of this being the foreplay before the main event - the meal.
