About Timmy Gibson

Hello! My name is Timmy Gibson, I am a former fundamental evangelical pentecostal Bible thumping pastor. I graduated Bible college and spent a total of 30 years teaching and preaching the stories in the Bible. The main message I preached was that the only way to escape the eternal flames of Hell was to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Ironically, this “pursuit of truth” lead me away from Christianity. I came to understand that it is just a myth.

I am here to share some of the crazy beliefs I once held, some of my experiences from that crazy time in my life, and the joys I've experienced since walking away from the evangelical Christian faith I once held so near and dear to my heart.
