On this channel we talk about strategies for a better later life. I am a care home owner with over a decade of experience caring for the elderly. During this time I have met many families on the quest for better care for their loved ones. I have seen first-hand the challenges and frustration of coping with people with Dementia and complex ailments both of the body and mind. I want to reach out to people who are facing these problems and try and discuss about topics that impact them and their wellbeing both mental and physical. We talk about how to make better decision selecting care options for their loved ones and other topics such as fitness, wellness and relationship related topics in later living and life in general.
