Welcome to my channel where mental health faithfully matters. I will be sharing my faith and mental health journey with you as much as I can. This is to help contribute my efforts to lowering and stopping the stigma for people who go through mental health issues. I know some of you may find it difficult when I talk about my beliefs and I’m hoping that doesn’t runs you away, the reason why I do this is because trusting and believing there’s is a almighty God really helped me along the way, even though there are pastors and faith leaders out there who judges people with my diagnosis (schizophrenia) but what they don’t know is that anyone can struggle or be diagnosed with such and it’s just like any other other health condition. I believe by faith as time passes there will be better treatments and potential cures for people with our condition.
