Keto Cuisine to Cookshack experience: we do it all! I started out in the kitchen at 12 when my mother was at the hockey game. I made a mess, but she loved coming home to something home-made so she told us to "go to town". The sibs and I have all become great cooks due to mom's laissez-faire attitude to us in the kitchen. . I went to work in the cookshack when I was 23 and from there my experience in making do, improvising, saving dishes that went "wrong" and turning them into a new creation, and then Keto baking and cooking arrived. I fully believe in making due with what you have, using tricks to stretch your food budget, and have proven that even Keto baking doesn't have to be that expensive or difficult! You won't find "Martha Stewart Living" here, but you will find some interesting ways to save time, energy, and your sanity. I also have become afflicted with arthritic thumbs in the last year, so I try to devise techniques that will save some wear and tear on your hands.
