A 30 Minute Life

Since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1992, I have experience what it is like to live with a chronic illness. In 2017, I started to share what it is like on my blog (www.A30MinuteLife.com). I also live with asthma, sarcoidosis, chronic pain, osteopenia and now probably, Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

These video's share what it is like, and I am also sharing ways that I have learned how to live with these illnesses. There have been many ups and downs, and learning how to have some meaning in my life, when I cannot work, in the traditional sense.
